In the highly anticipated Xiong'an Safety and Emergency Innovation Technology Application Competition, Tright's "120-Minute Fire-Resistant Cabinet" project, with its superior performance and innovative technology, stood out among 516 outstanding entries from 436 companies across 23 provinces, successfully placing among the top ten nationally. The Xiong'an Safety and Emergency Response Innovation Technology Application Competition is guided by the Department of Science, Technology, and Informatization of the Ministry of Emergency Management and hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Emergency Management. Themed "Converging High-Tech Intelligent Manufacturing for Emergency Response to Build a Livable, Resilient Smart City," the competition focuses on the development of a safe and resilient city in the Xiong'an New Area and the safety and emergency response needs of Hebei Province. Adhering to the trend of digital transformation, the competition features two tracks: Advanced and Applicable Equipment for Safety and Emergency Response and Advanced Technologies and Solutions for Safety and Emergency Response, along with over ten sub-sectors. The competition attracted over 800 participants from across China, including experts, scholars, participating teams, financial institutions, observers, and media outlets. Participating organizations represented 23 provinces across China, including 16 central state-owned enterprises, 15 listed companies, 10 manufacturing champions, 20 gazelle enterprises, 26 "little giants," and 103 specialized and innovative enterprises. High-tech enterprise teams accounted for 66%, and enterprises with valuations exceeding 100 million yuan accounted for 30.2%.

The competition invited Zhang Xingkai, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Honorary President and Chief Scientist of the China Academy of Work Safety, Executive Vice President of the China Work Safety Association, and Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Work Safety Standardization, to chair the expert judging committee. The judging committee comprised 46 leading domestic experts and scholars from leading research institutes such as the National Academy of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control under the Ministry of Emergency Management, renowned universities, scientific and technological innovation teams, and central state-owned enterprises, as well as officials from safety and emergency management departments, technology-demanding entities, and investment institutions. Tright's 120-Minute Fire-Resistant Cabinet utilizes high-quality fire-resistant materials and an advanced insulation structure, ensuring long-term structural stability in extremely high-temperature environments and effectively blocking heat transfer. After undergoing a 120-minute fire test conducted by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with EN 14470-1:2023, the product met all test requirements, marking a significant breakthrough in fire resistance and providing a solid fireproof guarantee for the cabinet contents.

*20-Second Automatic Door Closure: In the event of a fire, the cabinet door automatically closes within 20 seconds, effectively preventing the ingress of flames and heat.
*48°C Fire Damper Sensor Closure: When the temperature reaches 48°C, the fire damper automatically closes, further enhancing fire resistance.
*120-Minute Fire Resistance Test: At 1049°C, the fire-resistant cabinet maintains its fire resistance for 120 minutes, with the cabinet interior temperature never exceeding 180°C.
*40,000 reciprocating cycles of opening and closing: After rigorous testing, the fire-resistant cabinet has stable opening and closing performance, ensuring long-term trouble-free use.
Tright's "120-Minute Fire-Resistant Cabinet" not only fills a gap in domestic fire-resistant technology, establishing China's own core technology in the field, but also demonstrates immense value in practical applications. For example, as a temporary storage facility for critical emergency supplies (such as drones and lithium batteries), it allows two hours of rescue time in the event of a fire, preventing secondary incidents. Furthermore, from an economic and social perspective, it offers more favorable costs and superior safety, replacing imported products to help users save procurement costs.
